Ava Rose Designs accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All orders processed on AvaRoseDesigns.com are secured and encrypted. All confidential information is sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and your information is encrypted during transmission.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona. These orders are subject to a 7.95% sales tax and will be added to your order total at checkout.
U.S. ORDERS: Ava Rose Designs will ship all U.S. orders via USPS or UPS ground. It takes 4-10 business days to process and ship all orders and customers are notified via email once their order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Ava Rose Designs will ship all International orders via USPS. It takes 6-10 business days but may vary due to customs delays to process and ship all orders and customers are notified via email once their order has been shipped.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
Standard U.S. Shipping – orders of $100 or more to any USA Address – Free!*
Standard U.S. Shipping – orders less than $100 – Arizona Address – $7.95
Standard U.S. Shipping – orders less than $100 – Outside of Arizona – $9.95
International Shipping – orders less than $225 – Any International Address – $35.00
International Shipping – orders of $225 or more to any International Address – Free!*
* To qualify for Free Shipping in the U.S., orders must be $100 or more before tax and after any discounts are applied. To qualify for Free Shipping Internationally, orders must be $225 or more before tax and after any discounts applied.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items are eligible for return or exchange up to 15 days after the date of purchase. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags must still be attached. Any items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and can use any carrier they choose. Upon receipt of returned goods, Ava Rose Designs reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements stated above. Original shipping charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Ava Rose Designs creates ready to wear contemporary clothing for the everyday woman and child. We are a design house creating and developing styles and we contract out with apparel manufacturers in the United States of America. We are not an alterations company nor do we custom make apparel for customers upon request.
